New partnership was announced to have been established between Internap Network Services Corporation (internap.com), a performance-based routing technology provider, and Gryphon Networks, a provider of marketing productivity and compliance solutions. Under the deal, Internap is supposed to host its new partner's compliance application at one of its hosting facilities.
Gryphon Networks has selected Internap as its colocation provider after taking into consideration the speed, reliability and availability of the Internap network as being very significant to its business rhythm. The company is glad to be able to leverage Internap's advanced data center services which give it immediate access to Internap's intelligent route control technology and multiple Internet
backbones.
The company believes that the new partnership will allow it to service professionally its customers' needs. The contract implies the utilization of Internap's data center facilities,located in the company's Private Network Access Points. The facilities provide routing that analyzes Internet traffic situations, selecting the best path for delivery of data and communications.
Internap is pleased with the new partnership too. In the opinion of Dave Abrahamson, chief marketing officer and vice president of sales for Internap, the contract is a testomony to the tendency that a growing number of companies come to realize the fundamental importance of the network for delivering a highly reliable, high performing Web application.
