A controversial anti-semitic web page that appeared as a highly-appreciated web site in the Google's rankings has already
been removed from the popular search engine's listings.
The Jew Watch site made a noise in the world which provoked numerous requests that the search firm drop it from its search results.
Google was urged to give explanation about its passive method of indexing the Web.
The controversial web site's web hosting account was cancelled by EV1 along with the one of Neo-Nazi site Stormfront.
As a result the two sites went offline for a certain period of time. Although Jew Watch managed to reappear with another provider, the downed
site was later removed.
According to the search firm, changes in web hosting policies and timing were the ones to blame for the sudden removal
of the controversial web page. Google does not take the responsibility for this alteration.
Periodically, Google conducts a random crawl in order to check the validity of web addresses. The search firm is therefore believed
to pick up again the Jew Watch site after its next crawl procedure.
