Articles include how to create an efficient and effective online identity, launching e-commerce transactions, online marketing advice and how to use the Internet to enhance interaction with customers and improve their loyalty.
Don Bulens, senior vice president of mainstream market for Interland stated that consumers want to have information immediately available and businesses that can offer this information through the Internet stand to profit.
The best practice guides are available for Interland’s resellers in the “Training” section of the Interland’s Partners Advantage Centralized Tools (iPACT). Resellers that are not members of Interland’s partner programs can use e-mail to receive more information about the guides or request a copy.
