A free one-day seminar was hosted by Keynote Systems (www.keynote.com) -a company providing Web performance
measurement and management services.It took place at the San Mateo Marriott in
San Mateo, California,on Thursday, March 18, 2004.
The topic focus of the seminar was "Total Performance Management" and a discussion about
the management of Web application
performance and e-business
infrastructure was carried out.
The main presenter at the symposium was Geoffrey J. Penney,executive vice president and
chief information officer of Charles Schwab Corp.There were additional presenters such as
Ernst Ambichl,CTO of Segue Software and Paul Avenant,senior director of HP etc.
Along with Hewlett-Packard,Keynote Systems has been assigned to put accent on newest approach for detecting and
fixing Web application performance problems.
