To achieve a high level of customer service, a2b2 is taking a unique forum-based approach, which allows customers to communicate directly with the staff and directors.
Rus Foster, Director of a2b2, said that a2b2 believes that customer service in the Web hosting industry has become lacking, that a2b2 wants to reverse that trend by allowing people to speak directly to the people who can help them, and that a2b2’s tag line is “dedicated to you”.
