RackForce (www.rackforce.com), a web hosting provider, announced on October 6, 2004 the start of www.rackforcetraining.com, an online training course for Plesk 7 Reloaded control panel lead by an expert RackForce instructor. People, who sign up for the course, will be able to ask questions by phone or instant messenger and see the solutions on their computers through an Internet classroom tool that shows the instructor’s screen. The training sessions will last for an hour with the first on starting on Monday October 11 at 9:00 AM PDT. Every session will be on a different topic with an open session on Friday for more advanced sessions. Sign-up for the free training sessions is available online.
Shar Houlihan, the instructor of the course, said that he had been helping people get their websites online for eight years. He stated that now, with online training tools and easy to use Plesk interface, RackForce would be giving customers the ability to manage their online businesses completely. Shar noted that they would no longer be just Internet passengers, they would be the drivers. He added that no one knew what horizons would open to them.
