Data center automation software developer Opsware announced on Tuesday that it plans to establish an office in Tokyo, Japan, allowing it to service customers in the Japanese market. As part of the expansion, the San Jose-based company appointed Masahiro Nishimura as director of sales for Japan and Scott Kupor as vice president and general manager of international operations. Nishimura will direct Opsware's sales and channel development efforts in Japan.
