The data center automation software developer Opsware (www.opsware.com) announced on May 18 that it has released a new version of the Opsware Server Automation System, code-named Darwin. The solution includes new compliance automation capabilities and Opsware ExpressAutomation, a feature set designed to streamline the automation of larger, heterogeneous IT environments. Darwin can automate heterogeneous environments with thousands of servers, producing automation efficiencies in less than five hours.
