OpSource (www.opsource.net), a provider of outsourced IT infrastructure services, announced that it has bought the PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne application management division of Fortrust Solutions, a co-location solutions provider based in Denver. In addition, OpSource has created an operations center in Denver.
OpSource currently provides enterprise application hosting services, such as application monitoring, security, systems administration and disaster recovery for Fortrust customers who have bought PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne ERP, CRM, business intelligence, supply chain management and supplier relationship management applications. Tom Newman, director of security and application services, and other members of the Fortrust Solutions Application Management team will join OpSource to guarantee a seamless transition.
