Bizwala (www.bizwala.com), a provider of Web design, Web hosting and online marketing solutions, announced on November 16 that it has completed the purchase of ILON Hosting (www.ilonhosting.com), a virtual private server solutions provider.
The acquisition adds hosting services to Bizwala's existing line-up of online and traditional marketing services. Targeted at the small to medium-sized business market, the combined businesses offer Web site design, Web site reselling and technology consulting.
