Managed services and Web hosting provider Vericenter completed its acquisition of certain assets of Sprint\'s managed hosting business today. Under the terms of the deal, VeriCenter acquires Sprint\'s E|Solutions data center facilities in Boston, Atlanta, Dallas and Denver along with its customers and employee base.VeriCenter said the acquisition also includes a marketing agreement, under which it will provide services to Sprint customers as a preferred managed hosting partner.
