Website Pros (www.websitepros.com), an Internet solutions provider, has completed an additional $7M round
of Series A equity financing from two venture capital firms such as Insight Venture Partners and Norwest Venture Partners.
Website Pros specifically targets small and medium-sized businesses, by offering its cost-effective Do-It-For-Me (DIFM)
and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) products. Through their appliance, company's customers are provided with Web site design and
hosting services, e-commerce capabilities, site promotion and advertising, site management and reporting capabilities.
The company also provides NetObject Fusion Web site design software, of which an updated version will be
launched in the course of the next few weeks.
The fund granted to Website Pros will be utilized for expanding company's sales capacity as well as for streamlining its
marketing and product development efforts. Enhancement of fund selective acquisitions is also expected owing to that financing which would scale up
company's competitive capacity.
