NaviSite,a provider of outsourced managed application and Web hosting, announced today that it is making a public offering of up to 7,300,00 shares of its common stock and 700,000 shares of common stock offered by stockholders who intend to sell.The company said a registration statement has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
