Web hosting provider uplinkearth announced several new initiatives today, moves the company says are designed to take advantage of the momentum it generated over the course of 2003.In the coming year, uplinkearth said it plans to implement new programs designed to aid customers without any technical knowledge, assist customers with the implementation of e-commerce shopping cart systems and expand capital expenditures in the area of hosting security and redundancy.
