Vancouver, Canada-based Web hosting provider NetNation Communications,a subsidiary of Hostway,said on Wednesday that it has acquired the customer base of Cephren Hosting, the Web hosting division of Toronto-based Cephren Communications.Through the acquisition, NetNation acquired approximately 1,000 hosting customers, 90 percent of which were shared hosting customers and 10 percent being dedicated hosting customers. NetNation said the newly acquired customers will be served out of its Internet data center facility in Vancouver.
