E-commerce outsourcing provider Digital River announced Monday that it has signed an agreement to provide site development and Web hosting for electronic communications solutions developer Qarbon. The new e-commerce site will be located at www.qarbon.com.Based on the agreement, Digital River will build and launch an e-commerce site to support online marketing and sales of Qarbon\'s family of multimedia authoring tools and software. Digital River will also provide order management, fraud prevention, customer service, e-marketing and digital product fulfillment.
