A new promising project is on its way to turn into reality due to the joint forces of Excite.com co-founders Joe Kraus and Graham Spencer, highly-qualified Stanford graduates. The new JotSpot will focus on giving web developers the opportunity to build Web applications on the basis of a common online interface. Through the "wiki" technology, containing mainly Web pages, developers will be able to create online features for internal corporate use, using shared template.
The joint initiative will make available a very rewarding software that scales down the speed of making collaborative applications, integrates them with other data and most of all - reduces the qualification requirements for the creation process. Through JotSpot pages, co-developers will have access to e-mail in-boxes on every page for conducting correspondences between each other. The solution will also support external content feeds onto its pages, such as RSS, Word documents and SalesForce.com information via SOAP.
