IPIX AdMission, an on- and offline classifieds player, reported the forthcoming release of its new template-based tool for local small enterprises to build and place rich media ads on online yellow pages and directories. AdMission Directories will enable SMEs to focus on efficient graphics- and photo-enhanced ads creation.
AdMission Directories provides enterprises with an online self-service module for creating and placing their own ads. Yellow pages ad salespeople are expected to assist SMEs in this process. The tool bases on the AdMission platform, which in turn runs AdMission Classifieds, a tool for online classified ads.
The new product is remarkable for providing the display ads with mini-Web site look that conveys much more information than most display ads online. The related clip-art graphics-and photo-enhanced ads appear at the top of the search results page with a shaded background. They have tabs for contact information, coupons and general information about the business.
AdMission Directories can be obtained in two main ways: through subscription and PPC (pay-per-click) approach. Both ways are charged an annual licensing fee by the company.
