Invision Internet Services, Inc. (www.InvisionInternetServices.com), a web design and consultancy company, announced on December 23 that it has acquired IBUnique (www.ibunique.com), a provider of custom and pre-made skins, graphics and templates for the online forums and community business space. Invision will be consolidating the products and services of IBUnique into its business operations, to provide their combined clients and customers with the skin, template and graphic solutions available from their international teams and global operation centers.
John Fisher, President of Invision Internet Services, said that this will speed the market readiness of the two companies through the insertion of new themes, designs and graphics to support the growing requirements of their clients’ Web site templates and forum skinning needs. Kim Ritchie, Owner of IBUnique, said that IBUnique will be expanding from its current email and forum contact options through Invision Internet Services’ backend operations, to provide the ability for clients to request work and support via support desk, live chat and by telephony solutions.
