The newly-released R-LOG PLUS system bases on the company¹s proprietary reverse logistics software - R-LOG, which explains the core of its name. Its mission
to improve accountability and accuracy throughout the supply mechanism empowers retailers and manufacturers to flawlessly track, handle and audit returned
and order fulfillment product inventory.
Providing a store level of functionality, the system enables retailers to provide centralized returns process for returned, damaged, unsold or overstock merchandise with various pricing levels in consistence with parameters such as number of store locations and volume. With regard to order fulfillment capabilities, the system ensures shorter implementation cycles and less equipment cost at both levels.
Genco's R-LOG PLUS also creates numerous reports for returns, including return reason codes, shipping reports, perpetual inventory and aging reports, as well as reports for order fulfillment, including order status, wave reports and order aging reports. They all provide reliable and pressing information and clarity regarding the supply mechanism.
