The hosting software provider Ensim Corporation (www.ensim.com) announced on May 24 that it will enter into a partnership with Akmin (www.akmin.com) to provide Ensim's service provider customers with access to Akmin's SiteGalore website building software. Sitegalore's branding capabilities enable service providers to provide their resellers with comprehensive site building support. Customers, in turn, may offer the service to their own customers via their own brand. SiteGalore also provides support for ten languages and includes integrated payment gateways and over 700 site design templates.
Prashanth S., CEO of Akmin, said that in today's competitive and highly commoditized Web hosting environment, it is critical for service providers to go beyond the traditional hosting plans and provide value add services similar to SiteGalore, and that Ensim has a strong presence and reach in this market and Akmin believes that this partnership will enable Akmin’s and Ensim’s joint customers to build profitable offerings. Sandip Gupta, president and CEO of Ensim, said that by offering site building services from SiteGalore, service providers can both differentiate themselves from the competition and improve customer retention.
