WebStream Internet Solutions (www.webstream.net), a Web hosting and Internet services provider, announced on April 15 that it is offering a new Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program that tweaks websites for increased findability on major search engines. The program allows clients to choose their level of investment, depending on the size of the site and the number of keywords they want. The service pertains to the top 10 major search engines, covers a minimum of one year of service and provides monthly reporting and statistics for clients to track results.
Kerry Brewer, President and CEO of WebStream, said that WebStream is excited to be able to extend a program that is scaled for cost and allows for changes throughout the year, that the more people know and understand about the search engines, the more it becomes clear that this is an entire industry unto its own, and that many of the old tips and tricks simply do not work anymore and can actually get a site penalized, or even dropped from certain listings.
