Xuppa.com (www.xuppa.com), a New York City-based search engine, conducted their first annual awards show on August 18. The Angel of the Year Award was presented to Conor’s Angels Foundation for their work in fighting Twin Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS), which contributed to the premature death of Conor Archibald, the son of the race director for Conor’s Run, at the age of 3 years 11 months.
Michael Alessi of Xuppa, who presented a check for $30 850 to Conor’s Run, said that Xuppa is honored to partner with Conor’s Angels in fighting TTTS and that Conor’s Angels exemplifies the type of organization that Xuppa is looking to support in its efforts.
Conor’s Angels Foundation organizes Conor’s Run, which will take place on September 18 in Williamstown, with all proceeds going to the fight against TTTS.
